I am so glad I was matched up with Melissa. She has a lot of good insight and asks good questions. I find that it's easier to gather my thoughts and communicate effectively when I write, rather than being in a face-to-face counseling session where sometimes I have to think for a while to answer a question and I feel as if I am put on the spot. Melissa reads all of my novel-sized letters and extracts the parts that need further clarification or input. She also gets back to me really quickly. Thanks for everything you do!
