MeLissa has been amazing. She really listens and provides so many options to help you work through what you’re dealing with. I had multiple things going on at the same time and she took them all and help me learn how to step back from my anxiety and gave me tools to handle it. She’s amazing.

MeLissa is very good at getting to the root of your issues. It blows my mind how she’s able to figure out so quickly what is really causing your issues. She has never made me feel uncomfortable or has pushed me too far, but she still challenges me to put the work into being a better me.
