About me

As a First Responder Victim Witness Specialist, I worked side by side with LEOs,EMS,Fire and coroners from on scene moments of crisis through the adjudication process and beyond. In my years in this experience I have acquired an understanding of the unique stressors that not only victims of crime face but also the first responders. Vicarious trauma can have a lasting impact on these lives and the lives of their families often leading to PTSD, Addiction, Relationship/Maritial difficulties and many other stressors. It is my passion to see less suffering and suicide in the First Response family as well as Military.

I have also worked in an inpatient acute psychiatric hospital setting for 4 years and have a great deal of experience in SPMI stabilization and unique factors that impact the day to day living of these individuals.

Overall I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with the everyday stressors of life: relationship difficulties, career/work stress, parenting struggles and developing goals to live your best life. I use Cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral concepts with a compassionate direct person centered approach. I look forward to working with you!
