Easy to talk too, responsive via the app as well. More conversation than anything which I like, had a therapist before where it was just me talking and didn’t like that.

Melissa has helped me so much over the past two months. She is understanding, kind, a wonderful listener and professional. She really cares about you and your situation and it shows. She gave me the corrective thinking, tough love and guidance I really needed. She has helped me so much and I can’t thank her enough for it.

She’s the most amazing therapist I’ve had. She’s like a friend to talk to who seems to know what to exactly say. I highly recommend.

I’ve always been nervous about therapy and emotionally opening up and I was amazed at the naturalness I had during sessions with Melissa. It feels more like talking to a friend than anything else. So grateful for her insight and professionalism and being able to balance that with a comfortable and personable environment.

Ms. Galica has been incredible. She really helps me whenever I have my sessions and she makes me feel like i’m talking to a friend rather than a therapist. The conversation is always fluid snd I have seen a lot of changes in my life for the better since i started working with her
Written on Dec 10, 2021 after therapy with Melissa for 7 months on issues concerning family conflicts, parenting issues, self esteem, and anger management
Melissa is a great and empathetic listener and helped me a lot to untie many knots that lead to several "aha" moments. She give constructive advice and provides clear guidance as to what to do or think about in more depths, if applicable. She has been a pillar to much personal growth for me this year.
She only does counseling over phone only at this time and I must say that I prefer it this way. In the past I had found myself often too self-conscious in face to face sessions with previous therapists. So, if she were to provide the option for face to face sessions, I probably would prefer to continue over phone only.

Amazing isn't enough of a descriptor when talking about Missy. She is professional while still being warm, kind, and non-judgmental. Her sessions feel like you are just talking with a friend who gives advice that you can trust and put into practice. In the end, you feel lighter even when the topic is weighty. You are making a great choice when choosing her as your therapist.
