About me

I am a mental health clinician and am licensed in Michigan. I have 15 years of social work experience and have worked in many systems including schools, Community Mental Health, and child welfare. I am most experienced working with youth, teens, and families and have helped people with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and parenting issues.

I use an eclectic style of therapy, with a focus on meeting people where they are. I believe in the power of connection, relationships, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and skill building.

I believe each person has skills, gifts, and the power within themselves to grow, learn, and feel better. When we can understand our thoughts, feelings, and behavior, we can change the way we think, feel, and respond. It is truly an honor to hear your story and work along side you to help create the life you want to live. I look forward to serving you!
