I really like Melissa's approach to counselling, she asks some through provoking questions that makes me think of ways I can work out the situation I'm in. I also like that she presents some new ways of looking at situation - so it doesn't feel as overwhelming. I find that I can be open and honest, and she offers things for me to think about without any judgement.

Melissa has this amazing knack to find the deeper meaning behind each message & guide you with so much gentleness. She has this balance where she empathizes with your, validates your struggle, but also challenges your inner frame work. She is wonderful.
