As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to identify your goals and find solutions. I am empathetic, warm, and easy to talk with. I have experience supporting adults with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, addiction, grief/loss, and life transitions. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. My training includes a strengths based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, solution focused, and mindfulness.
