Hi! I am a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Illinois with over 14 years experience working as a therapist. I have worked with a wide range of range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief issues, emotional abuse, parenting problems, career/co-worker issues and navigating divorce challenges. I have worked in the school setting, jail setting and as an in home therapist for families involved in the foster care system.
My counseling approach is warm, empathetic and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion and sensitivity. My approach uses cognitive behavioral and strengths centered counseling. I will adjust our dialog and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
