I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan with more than 10 years of experience working in the social work field. My experience includes working with individuals of various ages and abilities to address topics such as anxiety, depression, divorce, parenting and life changes. My style is based on each clients needs, but I typically utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused and Solution-Focused Therapy. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe we all need to feel heard, and I want to hear your story so we can work on editing it together.
