About Me

I believe that genuine human connection is the foundation for success in therapy. In my decade of experience, I have seen a diverse range of clients grow through depression, recover from traumatic experiences, and make substantive, long-lasting changes. I have expertise in trauma, family issues, mood disorders, and recovery from sexual violence. Additionally, I can provide sexuality education and support with polyamorous relationships from a queer perspective. I also have experience with guiding first responders through secondary traumatic stress and burnout.

I look forward to giving you the support that you deserve, and helping you work towards meaningful life changes.
