Hey there! My name is Michael and I’ve been a licensed therapist for 23 years. I have a broad range of experience including helping those with trauma, self-esteem, and relationship related issues. I am super supportive and believe making progress is critical at your speed but yet want to challenge my clients to be their best.. I promote a healthy lifestyle and hike often to get wildlife and landscape pictures. I am very motivated to assist my clients make the progress they desire especially when “stuck” in their lives. Amazing! I have never feel so heard and understood in all my years of experience. It is refreshing to have someone that listens to you and responds without giving you a checklist of things that you HAVE to do to succeed but recommendations for things that could be helpful. Fantastic feeling!
