About me
Hello and welcome! I am a counselor with varied experience. My goal is to help my clients find purpose and fulfillment in their lives and to heal from negative past experience. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. Through the process, I hope you will gain insight into yourself and your experience in the world. One of our goals will be to free yourself of thoughts and behaviors that do not serve you. I hope to assist you in your journey toward a more peaceful, joyful, and meaningful life.
If you are struggling with depression, remember: It is always darkest before the dawn. No matter how bad things seem, there is always hope. You have the power to heal and recover your strength. I hope to help you to discover your innate gifts and help you find meaning amidst the struggle.
