About me
I am fully licensed in both North Carolina and Georgia with 17 years of professional work experience. With a PhD in Psychology and having worked both domestically and internationally, I am uniquely situated to assist across a wide range of mental health challenges. I have experience in helping clients cope with anxiety/stress, depression, addictions (substance and behavioral), LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship/couples, & trauma and abuse. Working within a multicultural framework, I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that empowering process. Together, we work collaboratively to support your goals- or to help establish goals if you're feeling lost and confused. Reach out today and let's get the process started.
