Compassionate and wise

Written on Jun 09, 2024 after therapy with Michael for 7 months on issues concerning adhd

Michael has helped me a great deal since I started working with him. He often provides me with new ideas and strategies I can use to become the man I want to be. I feel very lucky to have connected with him through better help and trust him with private and personal details that I don’t always feel comfortable sharing with friends and family.

My therapist, I can tell that he tries to understand me and he makes recommendations and helps me set goals that actually seem achievable. I feel a lot better with my situation now that I'm working with him.

He has an incredible balance of compassion and truthful encouragement. I've learned a lot about my patterns from things he's shared, that have helped me reconsider decisions and make healthier ones. The fact that he's also a Christian adds a level of depth that I absolutely needed. He's also really good at probing further, not many things can go unnoticed with him.
