I view health in a broad sense that encompasses interrelationships among physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual components. As a counselor I can assist you with a wide variety of issues including emotional difficulties, overcoming loss, coping with stress, relationship issues, setting goals, and finding healthier ways of living.
