Hello. I am excited to introduce myself to you. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon, California, and Florida. I am spouse of an active duty military member and with frequent moves, I have acquired my license in several states. I also understand the unique military culture and the stressors that can be placed on its service members and families. I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years in various roles including Marriage and Family Therapy, Behavioral Modification Coach, and Foster Care treatment team member.
One of the reasons I became a therapist is because I believe everyone should have a safe and confidential place to talk about life stressors in a supportive environment. There are times in life that we prefer to process thoughts and feelings with someone that is a neutral party and is outside of our circle of friends and family. I specialize in working with clients on managing anxiety, depression, family conflicts, parenting issues, & anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Everyday is an new opportunity to learn something new and become a better version of ourselves. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
