Michale Haynes has been very helpful from day one. I have gone to the normal in person coumseling sessions and the most I have gotten out of that was how do you feel?.. Michaela Haynes really makes you take a look at yourself and find the root of issues and problems. I have had somes I haven't dealt with in years abusive relationship, lost of 3 babies ,lost of a grandfather and other things. I was able to talk to her without judgement withour worring I was over thinking. She offers a free and safe place to share feelings and thoughts and know you will get an honest answer in return and a new way of looking at things. I highly recommend Mrs. Haynes

Michaela is patient and listens. She takes her time to understand your point of view and gives useful tips on how to navigate your emotions. I forward to more sessions with Michaela.

She is a great listener and just seems to know the right questions to ask. Every session seems productive and I appreciate being able to have something to reflect on. I really appreciate feeling understood. Thanks!
