About Me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, working as a social worker or life coach. I have worked with various populations on a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, illnesses, caregiver stress, aging, and family challenges. I also have experience working with brides on dealing with stress related to wedding planning.

My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral, motivational, problem-solving, and supportive counseling. I like to create a safe and warm environment where you can freely share your concerns. I help you work on your goals in a manner that is most beneficial for your type of issue and that fits your personality and style. When I started this process I was feeling the lowest I ever had in my life. I couldn't find happiness in anything. After working together my life became manageable and with even more work, I became the happiest I have been. We implemented tools that helped me cope throughout the day. I feel so grounded and centered now. I'm finally living my life the way I always wanted to.
