I have only been in therapy for a little over a month and Michelle was my first match for a therapist. Over the short amount of time I have spent with her I have truly noticed I have a healthier mindset and am truly growing. She really caters to how I prefer to do therapy. She keeps me honest and thinking. I really am enjoying our weekly sessions and will continue to seek therapy with her!

Michelle is an incredible listener-super accepting and helpful. I never feel judged or uncomfortable talking about anything with her and she has helped me process some very challenging transitions in my life. Highly recommend!

Michelle approaches our sessions with a friendly familiarity and ease that I have not experienced in over a decade of therapy. She always has a great question to get at the root of why I am feeling a certain way or why a certain thing is bothering me, but it is always asked in a positive and helpful manner. Our conversations feel more like getting really great support from a good friend rather than being treated in therapy. She is a real person treating me just like a real person, and I appreciate her doses of humor and realness immensely.
