Hello my name is Michelle Burnham
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Licensed Alcohol& Drug Counselor.
I am told I am an empathic listener and put people at ease with my open non judgmental approach. It is not easy to open yourself up & be vulnerable; I promise to protect, honor & respect that space as your chosen therapist.
My main mode of therapy is client centered cognitive behavioral approaches. I have trained in several modalities in my 22 years in the mental health field & 4 years in drug an alcohol addiction. My strengths are in PTSD, anxiety, depression & addictions & adjustment disorder or coping with change.

Michelle is especially helpful for my anxiety. She gives me hope that things can improve. She provides many helpful exercises to try to give me relief from my anxiety. I 100% recommend her.
