Dr. Burnham is very kind, understanding, and helpful. She is able to understand my emotions when I’m stuck on how to phrase them. She also makes me feel supported and that I can progress with all the tools she has provided. I’m happy to be paired with Dr. Burnham and I can’t wait to overcome my anxiety!

I have always felt disconnected from most of the in person counselors I saw throughout my life. I love better help, and Michelle was very helpful and understanding and non judgmental when I started to open up. She has a good balance of zeroing in on issues that could be explored deeper and asking questions regarding certain subjects, but also gives me enough free reign on how our session goes that I can feel good about our discussion.
