I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor. I have years of experience with youth, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in both mental health counseling and substance use disorder counseling. So I am very comfortable helping clients with co-occurring issues. I am knowledgeable, empathetic, nonjudgment, dedicated and collaborative in my work. My counseling practice is an eclectic approach. I believe that an ethical and trauma informed approach are necessary for best practice. The change process can be a wonderful journey for a client as I believe we all have to ability to be successful in counseling.
