I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. I have worked for years with individuals and couples. I specialize in cross cultural transitions, anxiety, depression, attachment, identity development, leadership development, and neurofeedback.
I am passionate about helping people heal and grow into the best and healthiest version of themselves. In my free time, I love to enjoy coffee, exercise, and exploring the outdoors with my husband, two kids, and hound dog.
