Michelle Grimmer is a very kind and thoughtful lady who I feel very blessed to have on my side I feel that she goes above and beyond what is expected of her since she messages me to see if I’m OK and that is one of the most wonderful things that I have ever experienced so I highly recommend her she listens she does what she can to read messages outside of work. I don’t rush her, though. I understand those pitfalls you know you can’t always be working and responding. I used to be a caregiver and I understand what caring for someone can do. It can burn you out and that’s never my intention. I don’t wanna do that to any Counsellor and especially ones that are so kind so that’s why I say she goes above and beyond because she’s just always making sure I’m all right and that is kindness, pure and simple.
