Michelle has been such an assest to me. She stayed with me through a really hard time that seemed like it would never end. I spiraled with my anxiety, anger, depression and whirl wind of mental health issues. She taught me that I do not have to accept things that do not seem right. She helped me see my true value as a person and she encouraged me to stand up for me. She let me know she was proud of me as I concord some issues. The things she has taught me anf helped me see are beyond valuable. She is amazing and has been a blessing since the begining.

Michelle is a very supportive therapist for me. She listens well. I successfully navigated through many life changes with her support. I have experienced a decrease in anxiety and depression while working together. I feel as she understands me. I recently had a positive and healthy conversation with my Mom. I see a lot of growth in the areas that I was concerned about. Michelle has also helped me talk about, bill build awareness, and begin processing emotional abuse I’ve experienced
