I have been a marriage and family therapist and life coach for over twenty years. I have conducted many support groups for cancer patients and caregivers, bereavement groups, as well as groups for women living with chronic illness. Additionally I am a certified personal development trainer and have led numerous skills development workshops.
I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues including chronic illness, cancer support and bereavement, as well as personal skills development such as managing change, goal setting, motivation, communication and self-esteem and keeping emotional balance.
My style is interactive, warm and understanding, with a focus on a humanistic approach, utilizing acceptance and cognitive behavioral therapy.
