Michelle has redefined my bar for "good therapy", and far succeeded it. She challenges me in ways that improve my thought process, emotional response, and general perception of my existence. She reminds me that I have the power to effect my environment, mood, and attitude, and helps me uncover ways to do so. I have only had a few sessions with her so far, but I am amazed at how profound the changes in my inner monologue and my emotional awareness have already been. I look forward to continuing to grow and improve as a person with her guidance.

Michelle is a heart-centered therapist. She is gentle and tactful about letting you voice what's on your heart and mind, offering affirmative guidance and actionable strategies in consideration of the allotted time. I never leave a session feeling as though any of my concerns were not addressed. She is thoughtful and attentive, checking in throughout the week, takes detailed notes and remembers where we left off so that I'm not repeating myself. Most importantly, she holds you accountable to what you wanted to address. She is clear on her role and area of expertise, yet allows for flexibility to support you in navigating how to get the best out of therapy for your life journey. I highly recommend Michelle.

I love her. She listens to me and says things to me that make me think and reevaluate my way of thinking. She gives me perspective and lets me vent. That is invaluable to me.

Michelle has been an incredible teammate so far. She actively listens, is non-judgemental, and knows when to challenge me. I am so appreciative of her support and her responsiveness to my needs. By no means am I near my end goal, but for the first time in a long time I am hopeful that I will get there with Michelle as my teammate.

Work with me!
