About me

I am a marriage and family therapist with nine years of experience working with folks who are struggling in some way. I am strengths based and trust that people know themselves better than I ever could. I am simply here to guide people through their healing processes. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to address Borderline Personality Disorder and assist with relationship issues, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders.
