Things are getting better, it’s like I’m walking on a frozen river though, it’s sold…. But it could crack, she’s the life line to shore that’ll help me keep moving to more solid ground and pull me out if I fall Through

Michelle is great at her job and helps me talk about things that I especially have difficulty expressing. She provides a comfortable and safe space to share and evaluate my thoughts so that I can get a range of different perspectives on things that can help me improve.

I would like to recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone looking for someone that's easy to talk to, is punctual, and takes your difficulties into consideration during communication.

Michelle has been an angel sent from the universe. Very relaxed and almost casual but professional and on point. She allows you to open up feeling comfortable, but guides your thought train into areas you want or didn't realize you needed to explore. Highly rated.

Michelle was the first therapist that had an actual human reaction to my troubles. I wasn't met with "I'm so sorry to hear that" or some gratefulness exercise or toxic positivity. I felt I was heard and validated in my feelings. Like it was okay to be sad. People say that but it's rarely practiced. I'm very thankful to have her in my life.

Michelle, you understood what I was going through, even when I couldn't express myself easily. You made me feel at ease and I found validation for my feelings. Thank you so much for your help, I really really appreciate it.

I highly recommend Michelle. She knows when to listen, when to interject, when to leave something for now and when to circle back to a topic. She is completely understanding and non-judgmental which helps you to open up to her very quickly. As well as being a perfect sounding board, she has also given great tips and actionable advice too. Thank you Michelle.

Michelle has been great. I feel like the counseling has been very tailored to my needs. I've been able to reach out when I need to and when I'm bad about staying in touch, Michelle gives me a little nudge, which is what I sometimes need. The back and forth between Michelle and me has helped me gain a lot of clarity that I needed, which has ultimately led to my greater happiness.

Work with me!
