I am an LCSW and have been working in behavioral health for 16 years and have been a therapist for the last 7. I have worked exclusively with adults in a community setting and have experience in most aspects of life. My focus has been on helping individuals with trauma, I am certified in EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT and have years of experience with DBT. Helping others is my passion in life and have known that i wanted to help others for as long as i can remember.
My style and approach is warm and I seek to help you find your strengths and your best self. I like to push when needed and have been told I can be tough but in a positive way.
