About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington with over 10 years of experience in counseling, holistic health coaching, and empowering others to live to their full potential. I earned my bachelor's degree at San Diego State University and my master's degree from National University. My experiences have allowed me to work with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings and roles to include traditional in-office therapy, teletherapy, educational institutions, as well as the honor of being welcomed into clients' homes. I especially enjoy supporting people through life transitions and relationship challenges, and during my 5+ years in community mental health I've gained considerable experience working with a variety of issues to include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, integrative, insight-oriented and holistic. I believe that everyone has their own answers locked inside and my role is to simply help you learn about yourself and unlock your unique path. By working together, we can discover which obstacles are standing in your way and create a plan to overcome them. I believe that finding connection with others is key to change in our lives and that with empathy and reflection, you have the capacity to grow and develop as a person.

I am committed to serving individuals from the perspective of their values, beliefs, and culture. My treatments are always accepting, accommodating and non-judgmental. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but instead it is proof that you are stronger than you have ever been. Change is frightening and many people are not sure how to begin. From a therapeutic and personal perspective, I want to support you.
