Dr. Rollins has really helped me find myself. She’s helped me learn to love myself in a healthy non narcissistic way. Sometimes you get so worked up with everyone and everything around you that you forget the bigger picture. She has help me establish a healthy relationship with myself by understanding my emotions and how to deal with them properly. I’d highly recommend her.

Michelle has been such a joy to work with. She understood exactly what my primary concerns were, and approached those concerns with conversations as opposed to lectures and methods. I really felt supported and understood, and I felt fully supported throughout all of our sessions and beyond.

Dr. Rollins is wonderful. She has brought me through one of the hardest times in my life. She not only has given me tools and support she shares my faith and I really feel this has helped me even more. She has helped me be and stay strong. She checks in with me almost daily and always asks me what I am going to be doing to take care of myself to remind me that I need to be mindful of that and not get lost in the stress and business of life, which in turn leaves me full of love an energy to pass on to other people. She is the best.
