I have 15 years of experience as a counselor both online and face to face. I have worked with individuals with a variety of concerns including trauma and abuse, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My approach is generally cognitive-behavioral in nature but I tailor my interventions to your unique style and personality. I have a master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Trinity Seminary.

Dr. Rollins has really helped me find myself. She’s helped me learn to love myself in a healthy non narcissistic way. Sometimes you get so worked up with everyone and everything around you that you forget the bigger picture. She is very focused on the specific needs and suggests practical solution not only theory advice, which helps and gives concrete guidelines.
