About me

Each of us encounters circumstances that leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unbalanced. My approach is designed to help you explore life challenges, find alternatives, prepare for obstacles that may get in the way, and forge a new path on your road to a more balanced and meaningful life. Our work will help you to bring awareness to and clarify your values, find expression of those values, and create significant meaning and purpose in your life.
I have worked with diverse populations of individuals experiencing a wide range of issues from substance abuse, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and health and wellness. I find a strengths-based approach to be effective in helping individuals move though difficult times and take action toward the change process.
Over 10 years of clinical experience informs my practice as well as teaching professional counselors at the graduate level. I have a small private practice to provide personal and focused treatment for my clients.
