About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with people in a busy HIV clinic in Chicago. I have provided care and support to people needing help throughout all stages of wellness and illness. I allow for a safe space for mental wellness to emerge when physical health is stabilized. I prefer to listen, hear where people are in their lives and offer a supportive presence while focusing on strengths. Relationships, mental health, physical wellness and patterns of behavior are some of the areas I like to discuss. I hope to help people find ease in their bodies and minds.
I work on mindfulness in all areas of my life and I hope to be able to share some time with you.
