I use cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindful activities to obtain positive outcomes and welcome all clients who may be struggling with negative thoughts.

I have 25 years experience in mental health and I am willing to share my step by step process for making a positive change. No matter how hard the past was, you can always begin again.

I have only had one session with Michelle so far, and I really like her approach. It feels like I have a friend who actually understands the concept of listening. I felt at ease, which isn’t usual in a first time session with a counselor. I like that Michelle, has lended me a tool that helps me navigate the times. I’m looking forward to the next one.
