Michelle is amazing at what she does. Every session feels like an accomplishment. Michelle has given me incredible mindfulness tools to anchor me and offered me a variety of strategies to shift my mindset, improve my relationships, friendships, relationship with my children, and most importantly my relationship with myself. i would recommend Michelle to any friend as she’s a wonderful counselor.

I have only had one session with Michelle so far, and I really like her approach. It feels like I have a friend who actually understands the concept of listening. I felt at ease, which isn’t usual in a first time session with a counselor. I like that Michelle, has lended me a tool that helps me navigate the times. I’m looking forward to the next one.
