About Me

Michelle White completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Troy University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been assisting clients since 2014. She enjoys helping clients overcome issues and learn to live happier healthier lives. Some examples of issues she is experienced in helping clients overcome are anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting, grief, infertility, problem solving, goal setting, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. She helps her clients identify and find creative solutions to unmet needs which she believes helps them find peace and balance in their lives. She enjoys working with each client to help them find their best way to reach counseling goals in a confidential, accepting, and relaxed setting.

Michelle has been an excellent resource in helping me navigate my issues. She not only gives me some great exercises, but also takes the time to explain reason why they are important on a fundemental level and how it relates to my personal path to healing. I'm very lucky to have her as my therapist.
