I’ve had a few therapists so far, but Mija is the first one I’ve had that I really feel like listens and understands me. She sympathizes with me but she also keeps me rational. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and she makes me feel so comfortable like I can tell her anything and everything. That is something I desperately needed. I feel like she takes the time to fully understand your situation and apply advice to benefit you. I don't feel like she is just "going through the motions" of trying to help and treat you. She also offers additional work for you to analyze your situation and help you understand yourself and see things in different ways.
