Simply the best!
I have made progress towards my goals and seen improvement in my issues after working with Mikaela. She is a good listener and courageous counselor. She has helped me gain new perspectives and adopt more effective behaviors to deal with my issues.
Insightful, helpful, and very easy to talk to!
Wonderful! So kind and helpful and offers clear steps for me to take throughout the week.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have been assigned to Mikaela. We instantly clicked and she has a strong caring approach to our conversations. She is always suggesting new books and themes I otherwise couldn't find on my own. Being my first time in therapy, I was really nervous about getting someone stiff or unemotional and I would have a hard time opening up to someone I have never met, but with Mikaela it's like sitting down with an old friend I've known all my life and we talk about issues and find solutions to my issues. She shows care towards my thoughts and actions even when I can't. She's been a real driving force in my curtain areas on success in life. I can't thank her enough.
Mikaela is a fantastic therapist. She is intelligent and very easy to talk to. In the past I found therapy to be not very helpful but she has changed my mind. She’s fantastic
I really feel like Mikaela listens and tries to focus on what is causing my issues and the best ways to deal with them! She's very friendly and relatable!
Was helpful from the first discussion
Mikaela Posekany is my counselor, and she is amazing. Very compassionate and hears everything you say, which in turn she will provide insight that I didn't think about. She is also the most kind / easy person to talk to I've ever met. Still in the process of my therapy but, even in these early stages I feel welcome and that my voice is being heard. She is definitely a GEM in this community. A+++++++
