Feeling stuck in life, I sought out counseling. Mildred has identified my problem areas and given me tangible tools to improve my situation. A woman of God, she has prayed for me, encouraged me and given me Scripture to quote over myself whenever I feel overwhelmed or less than. Mildred has been an excellent resource in guiding me through a difficult life situation. It was important to me that I have someone who is a Christian and Mildred's prayers at the end of our sessions are from the heart and joyful - so good! I'm taking a break for a month due to travel but I'll be back with her later in the summer! She is a kind soul!

I met with Mildred for four sessions. It was very nice speaking with her and give her a 10/10 once finished. She is a very nice lady and I never felt any negative judgment. She listened to my needs a provided scientific physiological therapy and biblical wisdom which I needed as well. It was great having someone to speak to who encouraged me and prayed for me. I also learned a few coping skills like Dear Man and also and few life skills to help my physical body to stay healthy and my mind to stay grounded. I appreciate all her words and encouragement, and feel better about going forward in this period of my life. Thank You Mildred.
