Miles Hedgpeth, LMFT
About me
I have been working as a clinical therapist for five years. I draw from multiple theoretical styles to adapt to the client. I am also client centered and have the belief that with help, individuals have the inherent ability as well as resources to overcome obstacles. I also believe that many choose therapy because they have had a significant life change or some aspect of life has become difficult or unmanageable. This is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of strength.
With clinical integrity, transparency, and a dedication to the idea that individuals have the inner resource to overcome challenges I offer a safe space where you will not be judged or pathologized. If you feel you've come to a point where counseling would help, I welcome you and would like to reinforce that talking to a therapist is a benefit and that many people can resolve challenges, deal with hardship and succeed through therapy.
