I've been working in the Behavior and Mental Health Field since 2003. I attended Georgia Southern University where I received a BS in Sociology a Minor in Criminal Justice and continued on to receive a Masters in Education, Community Counseling. I am currently Licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I have been fully licensed since 2012.
I work well with individuals struggling with depression, low self esteem, and everyday stress. I have learned that we can overcome and discover our true purpose and/or rediscover our passion for life through life’s obstacles. It’s not a matter of if or even how it’s a matter of when. Your Journey to you begins now, you just have to decide that now is your time to Live, Thrive, Breathe and be the Best You!

Absolutely love Misty. She's so supportive and kind. She listens to me in a very understanding way I've never had before. I just wish I could afford it every month.
