I’m a big fan. I feel as though I have made a lot of positive progress and she is a big reason for that

Mitzi does a great job communicating and understanding how to guide a session. She seems genuine and sincere and has been helpful in suggesting actions for me to take and has been a helpful person to share my thoughts with.

I am generally unsure about starting any therapeutic process, and I had made the decision to change therapsists within about three sessions with my first. Mitzi was my next therapist, and she has been able to establish rapport and understanding so quickly and be able to recognize where and how old belief and thought patterns have influenced current discomforts. We are at the start of our therapeutic journey together, and it feels very much so like I have been guided to the best travel companion. I don't always look forward to the therapeutic process; it's like getting third degree burns scrubbed from your soul. But when you have a professional who is able to deftly use skills, wisdom and compassion to assess and address your concerns, it makes the process less harsh. I am looking forward to this next level of healing with Mitzi.
