About me

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 10 years and a Licensed Addiction Counselor for 5 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of mental health concerns including; anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma and abuse. I am also a Sex Offender Management Board Clinical Supervisor and I hold a Master Addiction Counselor designation.
My counseling style is cognitive behavioral therapy along with existential therapy. Utilizing these combined approaches I will walk you through coping with difficult decisions and transitions while feeling confident that you are going forward making sound choices. My goal is to help you to see that you are in control of your life. Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. I will therapeutically challenge your thought process to better help you to understand the core of who you are. This process will not be easy, and it may not always feel comfortable, but it will be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling if you stay the course.
It takes courage to make changes in your life. You are at a turning point and you are taking a step in a positive life direction. I am eager to help you walk the path towards a more self loving and fulfilling life.

Molly was amazing at helping me identify and manage my PTSD/ anxiety triggers. She helped guide me though some of my past traumas. I really enjoyed our conversation and felt she really was listening to me.

Molly has been a blessing to me. After "running" from traditonal in person therapy several times, I finally feel like I'm in a safe place to discuss my feelings with someone that genuinely cares. So glad to have found Molly!
