Molly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker whose primary focus is working with you in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental partnership to help you feel better about yourself and your life. Molly will thoughtfully listen and explore your concerns and assist in problem solving, effective coping skills, stress management techniques, mood enhancement, personal growth and healing. Molly works with both adults and adolescents and will integrate different modalities of therapy which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and Psychotherapy. Molly will work with you to determine the appropriate course towards achieving your personal goals and will work hard to meet your therapeutic expectations.
