Molly Radke, LMHC
About me
Hi my name is Molly Radke and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I have a Masters of Counseling from Gordon-Conwell in Massachusetts and a BA in psychology from Northwestern College in Minnesota. I have a diverse background of experience working with all ages. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I have helped people with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, substance use, relationship issues, etc. I do a combination of skills work (DBT and CBT) and processing issues with clients. I have found this combination to be helpful as it allows for some structure with skills clients can use and the ability to express what is going on and gain insight. I believe in nurturing the many parts of ourselves (emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, etc.) and will try to seek ways to integrate these dimensions. I genuinely believe that life is hard and we all need help from others to get through.

Molly does an excellent job of helping me stay focused and responding to and elaborating on the most relevant points that I emphasize. She makes me feel validated and respected, and she is consistently bringing my primary concerns and goals into our conversations. I’m impressed by her ability to convey genuine support and warmth while providing valuable psychoeducation and insight to assist in the therapeutic process. Treatment has been very effective as Molly helps me build on insight and we work collaboratively to set concrete, actionable goals and integrate homework when we feel it will be beneficial. I very much appreciated and benefit from Molly’s compassionate and professional approach to a supportive and evidence-based therapeutic outlet!
