Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!
My name is Molly Schoberg, I’m a licensed mental health counselor and a nationally certified counselor working in the state of Indiana. I received my master’s degree from Indiana University in 2016, and since then have found my calling working with adults on anxiety, self esteem, and life transitions. Young adulthood is often a time of high stress and a lot of change, and having a safe space to process and explore your experience is so important. My goal as a counselor is to not only improve symptoms, but to foster greater self awareness, self acceptance, and overall sense of wellbeing. My approach is founded on offering an interactive, warm, and compassionate presence- while also incorporating the theories of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Narrative, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. If you feel I would be a good fit for what you’re needing, I look forward to talking with you more!
AVAILABILITY: I will respond to messages 1-2 times per day on Monday-Thursday. I have availability for live chat sessions. Please note I do not work Friday-Sunday and will be unavailable for messaging or sessions at that time.

She is super great!
Molly is a great resource for me as a Man just out of college and trying to recover from past traumas!
I only had BetterHelp for a month during a free trial. In that time, Molly helped me so much. She gave me realistic goals to meet and great tools to use in those moments I struggle with. I am very grateful for her help.
Molly is friendly, nice, professional, and an attentive listener. She notes/remembers even the smallest details and asks strategic questions in order to provide new prospectives on issues. In only a few sessions she was able to reduce my anxiety after trauma and I'm living a happier and more relaxed life!
Molly is fun, nice, very professional, helpful, and smart!
Molly asks very insightful questions that have a way of identifying the root issue very quickly. She has a way of posing your feedback back to you in ways that make you think about things in a different light. Having only communicated by text and chat sessions I found it hard to believe that someone could really get me on such a level but she does, somehow she does. Thank you Molly!
Molly was exactly what I needed (my family wanted to go another route of therapy)! She listened and really seemed to understand! :)
