About Me

I work with clients on two levels. In the short-term I help clients examine thought and lifestyle patterns and behaviors and work to make changes through therapies such as CBT, DBT and other psychological approaches, so that you can both train your brain to think more positively, as well as build more positive experiences in to your life. In the long term, I can help you explore how your past influences your set of beliefs and how you react to things. When you work through beliefs and emotions associated with those early experiences, you can start to make changes in your outlook that will help you build resilience in the future against anxiety and depression. Your life is important, and being your best self is important to living your best life.

Monica seems nice, and polite from what I got to know about her. She wasn’t responsive enough and when she was it was days later, so I wouldnt hold high expectations for this . I got nothing out of this service, I specifically asked to be matched with a counselor of color, and had to be rematches at least 6 times. It got to the point I had to just given in to what ever I got. I told some of my story and what my expectations were. And it was a waste. I feel unheard, and like just another number, like no really cared, not even about trying to help me sort some things out. All in all this was a waste. Money down the drain and you know what really helped an app called Youper.

Monica's help and company has been a gift to me. I am going through a lot and-- even online-- she has a calm, warm energy about her. I feel comfortable talking with her and confident in her decisions or recommendations. I am so grateful to have found her. I think she is a genuinely good person who cares a lot about helping to heal her patients.
