About Me

I am a licensed therapist with almost 20 years of experience. I have endured many transitions in life and have a strong connection to what it means to continuously relearn one’s self while speaking and living your truth! Are you interested in therapy from a caring, non-judgmental, honest, and insightful soul? If so, we may be a great fit! My approach to therapy is person centered and holistic as I believe we all have unique skills, experiences and needs which require nurturing and patience to develop and maintain our healing.

Many people I serve are working through self acceptance or lack of acceptance by others, depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms.  In this therapeutic experience you can expect a listening ear, open heart, thoughtful dialogue, and grounding presence. I am committed to walking this journey with you as you discover and rediscover your own resilience.  I look forward to co-creating a safe, intuition lead, and supportive healing environment with you.

Monica is a wonderful therapist! My sessions are are organized so we make the most of the time in each session. She also provides real life workable solutions and checks back in during a later session to see how those solutions worked out.

She is very insightful and helpful, even after just the first session!

Monica does a great job of getting into the weeds of what I'm saying/writing and giving me perspective. She'll pose questions that have me thinking about other ways to approach my thought process. So far, her insight has been helpful.

I always feel like I am listened to and understood by Monica, she replies in a timely manner and makes sure to check up on me when I haven't been responsive. I've been feeling a lot better since we've been in contact!
