Utilizing a strength based, integrative approach, I draw from various modalities, including person centered, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness, to best meet the needs of each individual client. By drawing on your personal strengths and building insight, my goal is to help you improve your quality of life and emotional well-being.
I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood Disorders (Postpartum Depression, Anxiety etc.), Perinatal loss & grief and working with clients who have experienced sexual trauma, PTSD and depression. Throughout my training I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy to children, teens and adults.
Other areas of specialty include: relationship issues/separation, self-esteem, stress, life changes/transitions, postpartum depression/anxiety and infant loss.
