Because of my experiences with Monica, I have recommended several friends and family members try better help. I have sought out multiple avenues of therapy in the past and my experiences with Monica have been some of the best and most productive experiences I have had in therapy. I genuinely feel as though I am making progress toward my goals and that I feel better with the guidance I am receiving.

Monica has been great in helping me get back into the swing of regular therapy. It has been a while since I last saw my previous therapist and I was afraid it wasn’t going to feel the same, help in the same way with a new one, but she has made the transition easy.

Absolutely fantastic person to talk to. Extremely understanding and very communicative to which she always wants to get to the bottom of my issues to bring a resolution. I Highly suggest Monica as anyone’s counselor!

I think Monica is an excellent counselor, I feel comfortable going to her with my thoughts and feelings. It feels really good to get it all out and she always has comforting words and solutions to help. I've been using some of her suggested methods and it does help. I believe I can maintain my anxiety if I keep working with Monica.
