About me

Welcome! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I received my B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society with a minor is Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine in 2008. My passion for helping others led me towards obtaining my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2011.

Over the last 10 years, I have worked in a variety of settings supporting and empowering my clients towards positive change. I have experience working with families and clients of all ages in settings such as their homes, schools, hospitals and outpatient clinics. As a therapist, I have helped clients work through depression, anxiety, parenting issues, trauma, abuse, life transitions, and crisis situations. I also have experience working in geriatrics and have helped clients with panic attacks, unresolved trauma, sleep issues, grief and loss related to their acute, chronic, and terminal illnesses. I work towards empowering my clients in meeting their goals using skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship with my clients and provide a compassionate, safe space for clients to be themselves.

In my free time I enjoy photography, spending times outdoors, and finding new creative outlets. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in your journey.
