Dr. Ross is warm, encouraging and lovingly moving me towards achieving my therapy goals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a therapist on this app.

We've had one visit so far. Yet Dr. Ross jumped right in and provided guidance and resources that have already been helpful.

Haven’t been talking long but I feel very comfortable with expressing myself. I find that very scary and they makes it easier to deal with my fears. Very kind soul!

Working with Dr. Ross has been great thus far. In previous experiences with therapists, they have been very goal and solution oriented where I came to them with a problem and they offered solutions. With Dr. Ross, she empathized with my struggles and instead of offering solutions, she focused on providing insight into the way I feel. And in a frustratingly beneficial way, her methods allowed me to reflect and come to my own conclusions. I say frustrating because it took me several sessions to understand that while I may seeking help, its ultimately up to me to be an active participant in my healing journey. Dr. Ross's methods helped me understand that as the foundation for this process and now I feel that I am making real steps and strides. Dr. Ross is kind, insightful, and actively pursues knowledge in their field to keep up to date with the latest studies on mental health and therapeutic practice. I highly recommend Dr. Ross.

I had my 1st session and felt supported. I have a hard time completely opening up, and feel that I will be able to with Dr. Ross as I continue to work with her.
