About Me

I graduated with a Bachelors in psychology and Masters's degree in Social work. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, grief, trauma, and self-esteem.

My therapy style is warm and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect, integrity, sensitivity, and compassion. I know that we all go through things in our life and it isn't easy. However, it does feel better when we know that there is someone unbiased there to listen and who cares. I believe that life is a journey, and in any journey, there can be obstacles. That is where I can help. You don't have to do it alone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic,solution-focused, and rational-emotive therapy.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Monica Rozier. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Monica listens to and challenges me - I feel heard and validated, but not placated in my sessions with her. She has the ability to zero in on what the issues are and address them with me in a way that feels incredibly supportive. I think she is wonderful.

Monica has been so helpful in helping me to identify my patterns and work through adjusting them in a totally non-judgmental way. I would recommend Monica to anyone!

I've had three appointments with Monica and she has helped me tremendously! She is such a good listener and offers the best advice. I needed her so much during this horrible time. I value her so much and look forward to every week talking to her.

Work with me!
