Even after going MIA, Nadine consistently checked up on me and tried to reach out. Very helpful and understanding of boundaries

I spent a few months with Nadine. I felt immediately at ease with her and throughout our time, I felt safe speaking to her honestly about my feelings. She listened closely and would recall past sessions frequently. I would come out of our sessions feeling calmer and clear headed. Overall, after a few months, I felt like I had enough coping skills and inner strength to feel confident in trying to navigate through life on my own. I am so incredibly grateful.

Nadine has helped me through my PTSD episodes and anxiety attacks, with the help of her and her work sheets and, techniques I’ve been in a really great place these past couple of days..And I intend to fight to stay in that positive mindset, I absolutely love Nadine, she is kind and caring and exactly what I needed during my rough moments. Couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone going through the process of recovering from trauma.
